Over the next five decades, I worked my way up through every role a dealership has. I started as a salesperson on the lot, moved into the finance office where I learned the ins and outs of lending and paperwork, then took on the role of general manager running entire operations. Eventually, I became a dealership owner myself. Along the way, I worked with 10 different brands -- Acura, BMW, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, Honda, Jeep, Mercury, and Toyota -- so there isn't a make or model I haven't dealt with.
